Tripura Public Service Commission invited online applications for Assistant Professor / Accounts Officer / Research Officer and Sports Officer Posts. Tripura Public Service Commission invited applications for Tripura Group A Post under the Education (Higher) Department, Government of Tripura. The eligible candidates can apply to the Posts through the prescribed format on or before 2017
Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) is going to announce notification for the recruitment of Tripura permanent posts of Assistant Professor, Group-A vacancies. Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed application format on or before 2017. Other details like age, educational qualification, how to apply are given below

Educational & Other Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Physical Education with at least 55% of marks (or equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) from UGC recognized University or an equivalent Degree from an accredited Foreign University.
(1)Besides fulfilling the above qualification, the candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test(NET) conducted by UGC/CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET
(2)Provided however, that candidates, who are or have been awarded a Ph.D Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D Degree) Regulations, 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility conditions of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor in University/Colleges/Institutions.
Relaxation allowed.relaxation of 5% may be provided at the Master’s Degree level for the SC/ST/Differentlyabled (Physically and Visually Differently-abled categories) for the purpose of eligibility and for assessing good academic record during direct recruitment to teaching positions. The eligibility marks of 55% marks and the relaxation of 5% to the categories mentioned above are permissible based on only the qualifying marks without including any grace mark procedures
(1)relaxation of 5% may be provided from 55% to 50% of the marks to the Ph.D Degree holders, who have obtained their Master’s Degree prior to 19th September, 1991.
Age LimitUp to 40 years as on 2017. Upper Age-limit is relaxable by 5(five) years in case of SC, ST, Differently abled (PH) candidates and Government Servants, provided that the Govt. servants of SC/ST/ Differently abled (PH) category shall not get this relaxation over and above the general relaxation of 5 (five) years available to them.

Group-A PostsGroup-A Posts:- Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred) only for General Candidates and Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty) only for ST/SC/ BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates
Group-B PostsRs.150/- (Rupees One Hundred and fifty) only for General Candidates and Rs. 100/-(Rupees one hundred) only for ST/SC/BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates
Group-C PostsRs.100/- (Rupees one hundred) only for General Candidates and Rs.50/-(Rupees fifty) only for ST/SC/ BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates
How to ApplyThe candidates, who will send application by post, are also required to attach to the application; a self-addressed Post-card indicating the Advertisement No. and name of the post applied for. Application will be acknowledged by the Commission by returning this card to the candidate after indicating the Registration No. allotted to the candidate. No separate acknowledgement other than this card will be sent to them.
